[Stat Muse] The Clippers are 4th in the West. Kawhi and George have only played 11 games together. They have the best win% in the NBA when both are playing.

Imagine all this drama and the finals are Clips vs Nets

  2. Best and most loaded team. They could win it all this year.

Must be nice to be Kawhi and make all that money and only have to play roughly 1/3 of the regular season games….

  4. DrOzmitazBuckshank

Kawhi Leonard has played fewer than 200 games over the last 5 seasons combined. Expecting him to come back and play consistently seems like a fools errand at this point

I really hope this slow ramp up for Kawhi is that, a ramp up, and not a preview of the rest of his career.

Still my pick to win it all when healthy. The team is constructed well

No way they are both healthy for a full playoff run.

I wouldn’t look too much into this. The only quality win they’ve had was against the Celtics. Even against teams they’re suppose to be blowing out, it’s been a struggle.

The West is so weird this year that they might reach the finals.

I can imagine it’s late into the regular season and no one will have the clips winning it all and PG will say something like “everyone doubting us, no one thinks we can do it”

Then people reply “because Kawhi barely plays of course no one think you guys can do it”

Then Clippers reach WCF with a 2-0 lead, everyone is mentally gearing up for Kawhi and PG finals appearance, but through classic clippers antics, lose in seven games.

Statmuse says “only 11” then goes on to use their record in 11 games to make a stat

  11. Only way Clippers are healthy is when they play the Mavs round 1. Otherwise, no chance.

Don’t tell that to Raptors fans tonight

I want a Nuggets vs Clippers playoffs rematch

There’s a lot of handwringing among Clippers fans about who is/isn’t getting minutes this season. It has been frustrating at times, but the team is in 4th, and Kawhi has been steadily increasing production and minutes.

Lue is just trying to make things work the way they’re supposed to with certain vets. As long as Clippers can hold onto a 1-6 spot, it doesn’t really matter if they lose a few games they should have won because Wall got minutes over Kennard or something. We’ve all seen Lue be ruthless in the playoffs with his rotations, when it really matters. If it turns out Jason Preston is somehow a better matchup for Damian Lillard, (for example), Lue will play Preston more than Jackson. For now, he’s not being nearly as matchup-based with his rotations, and we can afford that a little longer.

Clips are probably the deepest team in the league, talent-wise. Their bench can score around 60 points per game. They will be interesting to watch in the playoffs & next season if everyone can stay healthy.

Likely most scary team when healthy ib the west

We do this every year with them. Cool stats that mean nothing come playoffs

    Strength of schedule for Reference:

    Lakers: W

    Suns: L

    Pistons: W

    Spurs: W

    Hornets: W

    Magic: L

    Wizards: W

    Celtics: W

    Wolves: W

    Hornets: W

    76rs: L

So they’ve only beaten 1 good team during this time, which was when they blew out the Centerless Celtics.
