The Portland Trail Blazers lost to the Golden State Warriors on Friday night in what looked like it was going to be a solid win until it flipped into a disheartening loss in the final five minutes.
The Blazers were outscored 16-2 over the final 5:10. It was rough. The second segment explores the anatomy of that rough stretch. Hint: The ball stopped moving. It wasn’t the only reason but it was an undeniable one.
Finally, a silver lining: Jabari Walker looked good. The rookie can rebound. And he likely deserves more playing time because of his work on the glass.
