I agree with Eddie we to stop fricking settling for threes seriously like joe or someone needs to kick them in the shin or something. Also we need tell these guys straight to get their body language up but that’s deadass pathetic playing so immature
Crazy how much Jokic touches the ball every game yet has such low field goal attempts for a high scorer….he's damn good. Shows how much other impact he has on the game/team.
Jokic is the best ball player in the league rn.
Celtics got out coached plan and simple.
Always 'entertaining' takes from Boston NBA media and players. Usually the most wildly biased in the league. This was a little better from the media end. Amina Smith kept getting fed a ridiculous question from her producers in her ear piece over and over again–'how did the broken rim affect the game'–as if a game completely controlled by the Nuggets from start to finish would have been different if Robert Williams hadn't stupidly trashed the rim out of frustration with a few minutes to go because he was getting completely embarrassed by Jokic. Jalen Brown spent his whole press conference making every possible excuse–it was New Years, it was the altitude, it was the plane flight, it was the Nuggets shooting really well. Uh, the Nuggets are an elite offense that always shoots well from 3 and from everywhere else. Over the last 3 weeks the Nuggets are a top ten defense. Figure it out.
Whats the point of having Luke Kornet on the team as your only 7ft backup center if he cant play big minutes agsinst another 7ft center…
Dwight Howard could of given them better minutes than Luke Kornet..
Again the Celtics need two more bigs…signing Al Horford for the next two seasons was a waste…he is super slow ….
The flow didn't change… Cs were down and not catching up before the break… after the break they were down and not catching up. It didn't matter.
Celtics got caught up in the hype.
They've gotta work for it.
Joe Mazzulla has to do a better job in the rotation tonight. Team has enough depth to go with players that are on fire. Marcus Smart and Brogdon was way off to play so much minutes. While White was shooting the ball really well n Hauser would be better use to spread the offense instead of Marcus. White, Brown, Tatum, Grant, and Horford or even Brown, Hauser, Tatum, Grant, and Horford towards the end of game would have given them more length. Come on making a run n the offense went thru Smart for a post up move terrible, Brown should've just taken that shots. It was a sloppy game for Celtics tonight, Brown came out on fire over 20+ pts 1st half just to end up with 30 pts.
always Jokic vs Williams no match i dont know why Mazulla keep that matchup
Damon Stoudemire must replace Joe Mazulla aa Head coach. It's clear Celtics play much better with Damon at the helm.
Nice to hear Perkins admit he's been wrong–I'd add clueless–over the past few years about Jokic. He's one of many black ex NBA players with cushy analyst jobs that have gone out of their way to downplay and diminish Jokic because they don't understand his game and frankly don't like his skin color. That's the truth.
