The two best players in the game are white immigrants, didnt see that shit coming.

Getting kinda hard to argue against a 3rd mvp, ik no one likes to see the same guy win it again and again but at a certain point you gotta just concede that the dude is playing like the best player on the planet, and one of the greatest offensive players of all time.

My guy is gonna end the season on 28/11/10 on 70% TS and force the league to give him the 3rd MVP.

serious contender for greatest offensive player of all time

Freaking insane people need to understand this man is legit breaking what we know about basketball at this point lool

  6. And suddenly he’s on pace to become only the 4th player to win 3 consecutive MVP.

Good chance he keeps upping his scoring as he’s been doing and ends up with 27/10/10 on elite efficiency.

He’s the most durable superstar so he’s probably gonna outlast guys like KD, he should finish above Luka in standings by enough games and his stats will be better than Tatum’s. Not a betting guy but I might put money on Joker 3 peating

  8. Look, I understand that if MVP candidates were playing at a level EQUAL or even slightly worse than Jokic and taking their teams to similar W/L record to not give him the MVP.

But no one is really doing that at the moment. It’d be incredibly lame to deny his MVP if no one is stepping up.

How did the assists go lower? I thought he was already at 9.6.

I was expecting all the comments to be people saying “nice” because of the ts%.

  11. westbrook did this without having to round up

All this just to lose in the 2nd round of the playoffs. I’ll take Luka or KD for MVP over him too.

Ahh Yees, the rounded triple double

Love the rounding up to give the guy a triple double. Could’ve just posted his actual averages which are already extremely impressive but it’s always gotta be some weird cherry picking/data manipulation in this sub.

Him and Luka are just different. If Embiid can stay healthy the toxicity surrounding this MVP race is going to be all time level.

All the people complaining Jokic not winninga third MVP not understanding he only won his second because Giannis went through the same fucking thing. He stole the award last year while playing for a fucking sixth seed, he has no right to complain when Luka wins it this year (he’s a better player anyways, fight me).
