dejounte murray batted it to divincenzo and said “i’ll just give it to him myself” 😭

Tunnel vision. Poole doesn’t always make the best decisions because he’s always trying to make the big plays instead of the correct one. Poole was super lucky here too because Murray was the one that batted the ball to Donte.

Its just a learning process and im sure he’ll learn form it and make better decisions.

He saw but I bet he was gunning for Hawks to foul him at the 3 for the safe freethrows instead of a 3pt shot.

He needs to learn that Donte is clutch.

  4. Poole thinks he’s the #1 without Steph and Wiggs, and he is most nights, but I still don’t get how guys like Poole and many other players who are below average 3-pt shooters shoot 9-12 3’s a game. Poole is better than average at attacking the basket, that should be his go to.

He saw him, he just wanted the shot.

I love how Klay is pointing at Donte as well!

For reals though Poole is amazing. He’s so young and brimming with elite scoring ability. I still remember it took Steph a while to lock in defensively. D Raymond even admitted that on the year they lost to the Cavs, Steph was getting bullied defensively and worked really hard from that point on to work on that part of his game. How old was he then? 27 or 28? Poole is 23, an amazing talent, and a champion. He has a lot of pressure on his shoulders so let’s not put the pressure on him to be the next Steph. There’s only ever been one Steph. (I say after literally comparing the two just now.)

Poole just needs to stop trying to be a hero. His flashy, swerve-y style almost cost us the game THREE TIMES tonight. Love his fight, but seeing him out there making these selfish mistakes shows the miles of difference between a champion’s competitor and a hot potato microwave-scorer. Gotta think the game more.

Its fine. Learning from his mistakes. Hope they review this during film session

  9. hypernovaBisdak

low BBIQ i guess, hes gonna improve as he gets old

  10. He saw DDV, then saw murrays hands, did some quick math and made a big brain pass.

Poole screwed up multiple times during crucial moments. Donte, Klay and Loon bailed him out.

Mf Divincenzo is our Robert Horry, Poole pissed me the fuck off this game bruh, love the man but damn so many unnecessary bs moves and him bring up the ball late is not a good idea, man wasted alot of possesions, gotta be better than that. And pls stop wearing those shoes and get better ones with traction.

  13. pericles123

Poole is the most overrated player in the entire NBA

  14. cai_tao_kueh

“how about we give the opponent +1 block, Donte is smart enough to catch the block by himself anyway. i have baddies to impress tonight” – jordan poole’s mind

  15. MegaJ0NATR0N

I’m kind of tired of Poole always trying to play hero ball, and over dribbling that leads to turnovers

  16. man i used to like poole but not with the recent hero ball playing. he got blocked twice i think? trying to force shots while someone is open. even curry doesnt do this when he is taking over smh

  17. meetycheesy

There’s a better and zoomed angle where you see clay pointing at Donte also.

  18. This_Cable_5849

Poole was trash all game long, but we got the win and now on to the next.

  19. tomboi13

Thankfully we pulled out a W in this one and some of his bad plays don’t hurt as much. Growing pains though for sure. Definitely should’ve been a kick out to Donte. The warriors system is ball movement/extra pass/unselfish basketball and JP knows this. He’ll learn and adjust as he continues to polish his game.

  20. cryinbmw

it just wont go in if jordan pass it to him

  21. Inevitable-Ad-4192

I don’t understand why everyone nitpicks his every move and let’s Curry make some of the dumbest turnovers ever seen.

  22. mooncolours

Poole is not a winner. He’s talented, but he doesn’t make winning plays.

  23. Jacobij11

He took a weird contested two trying to draw a foul, so lucky that ended up getting to DD

  24. s_stone634

Poole was HORRIBLE last night for sure but everyone has off nights. The kid has been ballin for the past few weeks and won us games as well. He’s gotta work on it and get better but piling on him for one bad game is stupid.
