The Atlanta Falcons have been porous on defense for quite some time on defense. Dean Pees vowed to change that when he took the job as defensive coordinator for this team. Pees has had an effect on guy’s careers like Grady Jarrett, Richie Grant, and even the likes of Isaiah Oliver. Jarvis Davis and Tenitra Batiste talked about the report of Pees considering retirement. Also, they discussed whether or not the Atlanta Hawks can show some consistency tonight in Los Angeles.
Former Georgia Bulldog and Miami Hurricane head coach Mark Richt joined ATL Day Ones with Jarvis and Tenitra to talk about Kirby Smart getting his former team to the promised land. Richt started out by talking about how he got into coaching. Also, Richt talked about his early days as an offensive coordinator, being in the same position that the Bulldogs were in against the Ohio State Buckeyes with a missed field goal at the end. Richt finally predicts if the Bulldogs will be able to finish the drill against the TCU Horned Frogs.
