I doubt they trade during the season if they want to win a championship. GS has a difficult offensive system and to bring new players in mid-season and expect them to learn the system and build enough chemistry with those on the court in a few months seems unrealistic

The Warriors are not the standard 5 out, pick and roll, drive and kick basic NBA offense, It would take far too long to try and integrate new players into an advanced offense. Kerr is a Phil Jackson discipline and it was widely known that it took at least a full season to understand his offense, the Warriors are no different
