Realistically that’s how you wanna lose
Play one of the best , fight hard and give the young guys some good experience

  2. Maybe if we used our challenge on that Tatum 3pt play 🤷🏻‍♂️

Oh well. Great game and the tank rolls on

I’m not even mad, what an awesome game. I thought this was gonna be an ugly one but everyone played their ass off.

Close losses are all I want this season. Hell yeah

Incredible effort from the guys! From down 15 to getting the game to the wire. 8 players in double digits. The future is bright. The tank rolls on.

I don’t mind losing these games. We show we can compete with our bench guys, and we get an extra ping pong ball for the draft.

  7. McWhorter44

missed free throws, inability to inbound the ball, cant get a shot off in 4 seconds, and tonight we add an inability to rebound to that list. The tank rolls on

another wise great team performance for how short handed we are.

Almost took down a championship contender without arguably our three best players. Zack and Tre were unbelievable. Romeo proving he can be a long-term piece in the rotation. Rest of the guys were great. Tank rolls on!

Well, what an entertaining game from the Spurs. Almost the former Celtics revenge game with Langford and Richardson torching Boston.

This was a great game for Jeremy to get a ton of defensive assignments and well his man to man defense didn’t result in a ton of stops against three really good perimeter scores. I thought his versatility was off the charts as usual

Trey Jones just continues to improve. Very solid game

If Zach Collins can ever figure out how to not commit two or three bone-headed fouls game, and also figure out why the refs genuinely hate him, he truly could be a starting caliber center. His offense his very slowly come around and all of a sudden he looks extremely versatile on that end. He’s hit or miss on defense, but he still a strong enough room protector, and has enough mobility, where if he can stay on the floor and continue to refine his post game and jump shot, combined with his surprising passing, would make him a very versatile modern center

I thought Malachi was great in today’s game. He looked very aggressive. After that first half last night. Where he missed like his first six shots and continued his recent cold streak. I was worried he was going to slink back and to becoming the unconfident player. He was from the start of the season. But he looked great in the second half and he continued that into today not being afraid to call his own number even when he had a couple of tough shots rim out or get blocked. So excited for this guy!

I will say I’m not sure what’s going on with Boston, but their ability to contain ball handlers was shocking today. Trey Jones, Romeo Langford, Josh Richardson, pretty much everyone on the Spurs who wanted to take more than a few dribble to the basket pretty easily got all the way there. Boston’s rim protection was strong enough to keep it from fully ruining their evening, but I was really surprised how a team with so many good perimeter defenders was being diced up by maybe the team in the league least equipped with dynamic dribble penetrators. Definitely something worth watching as the season progresses
