Nice video, I feel like Claxton and Ben's defensive can make up for there offensive lows. Ben is still not back yet and I think by the Allstars break he will look more like the player we thought we would be getting back in the trade. Also the amount of effort the others are playing with on the defensive end plus having bigger bodies to throw at other teams will help alot come playoffs. Let's be honest yes we got swept last year, but we had to relay on Nash's in ability to make adjustments and the likes of guys like Patty Mills, Seth Curry, Drogic and even Kyrie to guard Tatum and Brown.
I Believe they can rebound with the best of them it’s all effort and boxing out they out rebounded Milwaukee and Cleveland when they played them under Jacque Vaughn

Rudy would not be an upgrade over Claxton. They won't even throw him the ball in the post and he gets exposed when switched on guards which Claxton is a very good perimeter defender for a big

They beat Toronto, Cleveland, indiana, Atlanta, Washington and GSW (without Steph yes but without steph that team has had impressive wins) looking at a teams Win loss record to decide if the team is good or not is ridiculous. Look at the magic one of the best teams they are good however they have a flaw of letting up at the end of games. The spurs aren’t a good team but Washington is a good team that has simply been loosing to better teams.

The thing about KD not getting to the rim like he used to, when his jumper isn’t falling what is he gonna do against a great defensive team? That’s what got him against my Celtics and got him swept. The Nets and him are playing very well no doubt and they probably could beat anyone. But come playoff time they have to get good matchups early or I don’t see alot changing for them against a bad matchup
Nice video! I will say though, as a nets supporter, I think you're underestimating Claxton a bit! Right now, Claxton is 100% a better player then Gobert, with his last two games having 6 blocks a piece, and being a huge defensive presence and a big lob threat. I agree, we need another big man, but the flaws of the team have been quited just by our original squad improving. As of right now, the only team I'm really scared of is the Celtics (and maybe warriors if they get healthy), and I think we have a shot at the conference finals. Are we ready to win the chip? No, but a trade or two could get us there fast 👀
