Hi guys do you accept converts? I’m a life-long Bulls fan but wasn’t old enough to witness MJ in Chicago.
I was a diehard Lauri fan – he was the silver lining in having to start a rebuild phase and trading Jimmy. After his first season, I was touting that Lauri was the best player we got from the trade, just not yet.
The way the Bulls treated and ultimately parted ways with Lauri is something I’ll never be able to reconcile with.
Imagine if the Bulls haul for Jimmy Butler was Lavine and current Lauri… would be one of the best moves of all time.
