“Very uplifting, very much so. Saddiq is a sixth starter. To me him being in the second unit is no demotion for our organization, for our team. He’s responded to it. Last week he was starting now he’s back coming off the bench this week when Killian (Hayes) got healthy. So he’s handled it like a pro, he’s done his job, and he’s as important as anybody on our team to us.”

“You know this team, once this team gets healthy this team’s going to be in the money. I don’t care what the record is right now, where they are, their DNA is a winning team, they’re going to win. Once they get everybody healthy, get everybody together. They know how to win, they got big shot makers, and aggressive defense that gets into you. Give the piston's Dwane Casey coach since June 2018 and Troy Weaver GM since 2020 for excellent drafting n trades. They have an an excellent big athletic team that can play any style big or small ball, with traditional center shot blocking n hard nosed rebounding..
He keeps it 💯 ❤️💪💯
So shocked to hear his response. He gives warriors and his team where credit is due and even recognizes the champion spirit in the warriors when healthy. He quickly shuts down any questions that elude to his team being better than them. I really admire that and touched by that response.
