so sounds like another month away? couple week = 2-3, then full practice 1-2, hopefully before trade deadline.
But we still don’t know what the injury is, or there is no sign of showing any structure damage of what I understand?

We really need to load manage Bron well! We can’t run him to ground! But we need him to be in the form that he is in and we need Dennis and TB to play at a high level! Those are the only three guys that I can expect to give high production every game!
So after the all star break. I’d say zero percent chance of a trade then.
Only good thing is if we can be 100% healthy excluding AD, and keep playing good ball, we could def finish with 42-45 wins at least once AD comes back. Should be enough for a bottom play in spot

This isn’t an update. This is a quote from the same ESPN article from days ago.

Regardless of team status this team needs AD in order to have any chance to win. Whats sad is you would think the younger star would be alive and perky able to shoulder the load like Magic did with Kareem. But for some reason it’s the other way. Bron at 38 has to be the guy while AD misses a shit ton of games every season it’s been that way since after the Bubble.

Called it when it was [first reported that he’d be out at least 4 weeks](https://www.reddit.com/r/lakers/comments/zpumvf/no_anthony_davis_for_at_least_the_next_4_weeks/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf) that this really means 3 months in Laker terms. It’s looking like February return
