Perk was never a Giannis fan and he was forced to walk back on his “Giannis is a Robin” take when Giannis led Bucks to a championship, and its starting to show again now with Giannis having a few bad games. But the man is averaging 31+12+5 on 52% shooting for the season, is playing DPOY level defense and like Richard Jefferson was saying, the thing that got Jokic MVP over Embiid and Giannis last year was that the Nuggets still had a respectable record with Jokic missing Murray and MPJ for a chunk of the season. But the same narrative dont apply this year with Giannis leading Bucks to a 3rd seed without Middleton for basically whole season as well as injuries to Jrue, Ingles and Connaughton, and their just 2.5 games behind best record in nba
