We need someone who’s a better shooter and defender at Rjs position. That’s why he’s always getting taken out late in games. It’s been like that every year

A great coach once said…"It's idiotic to continue to do the same thing over and over if it's not working.".. Thibs is running everyone into the ground with minutes, and now we're too gassed to finish the game.🤔
The bench minutes are ridiculous. Terrible usage. Playing anyone whole periods leads to end game collapse. This coach panics. Wonder if he mixes players at practice?
How can the bench perform well if the Coach is scared to let them work through their transgressions on court, so please someone help me make sense of this rotation from this defensive coordinator who coaches n.y.
