Looking for a 18 year old to save you is disgusting. The Hornets don't develop strength and overall skills of young players. The have always had undersized power forwards. They have no overall directions. No matter who they draft I expect more of the same.

It wasn’t addressed in this conversation but why is LaMelo deemed a non winning player by most at the Ringer, just cuz lack of playoff success even tho he’s taken the Hornets from 23 wins before he arrived, to 33 wins his rookie year(72 game season) and 43 wins 2nd year. None of those teams were expected to be as good as they were and outperformed expectations despite losing(badly) in play-in both years.
Cade is considered more of a winning player during Ryen and Bill conversations on their podcast without any tm success to back that.
