Without being able to listen to the clip the argument could be made that Ty’s hands are tied. If the minutes he’s allowed to play his players are dictated by medical staff that’s a large reason why we are in this situation. If I was a coach that’s not something I would want to deal with.

What does it matter whose fault it is? Can’t it be collective? Nobody is really holding up their end of the bargain. It’s a waste of time to assign blame to a team this average. That implies that one fix will change things, when we know that won’t be the case.
