This is the sign that the Denver Nuggets will dominate this season and beyond.
Playing without Jokic was a huge test for this team and while it could have been cleaner I think they definitely showed they can get wins with their best player out.
Keep a close eye on the elite scorer, MPJ's elite scorer is rested and healthy, and his defensive game will be on par with the best defensive players in history. The offensive game will be 25 percent for 3s and 46 percent for 2s. The player he is guarding will not score more than 30 points. The team he plays for will be very pleased. After this game with LAC, his trade value increased
By the time these young men make it to the NBA there is not much more you can couch in terms of physicality. At this level you start coaching the mind and the Nuggs coaching staff does a great job of developing player minds. Tip your hats to them as well as the players willing to learn. Nuggs fan for life. Remember AE comes and came before AI – loved them both though. God Bless.
When will the media accept the fact this Clippers team is a bum one, not a top 6 team in the west even with Kawhi and PG playing.
a few days ago, clips got destroyed by 30+ pts. THey lost to the same time without their best player in LA. Thats pathetic.
Ty Lu didn’t want to give a postgame interview after this one.
I don’t blame him.
Made luka more impotant in team…mvp
I am so proud!
The playoffs are a different beast. Denver has the tools to succeed, but it won't be easy.
Why are the announcers soo sad? Are these Clipper announcers?
Cmon Nuggets
No Joker in the team, the team gets free throws 😀 it's funny how obvious referee hate on Joker is
No bias in their reporting…. LOL
Im very sad that these so called BB reporters cant see the obvious !! Nuggets have been building a TEAM around Jokic so that in case like this one they can play and win without him !! This is why Jokic keeps saying he would rather assist then score !! Hes been building his teammates confidence and skills to be able to play without him !! Thats what makes him so GREAT, he doesn't just play for himself as most top players do and he keeps saying this is a team sport !!
Serbians least intelligent basketball fans on the planet they should stick to watching soccer
Happy that the nuggets are being so good even without Jokic, kinda sad Kawhi still hasn’t returned to form since he’s my favorite non nugget superstar
Hopefully the NBA refs let the Nuggets go to the finals
The Nuggets are a great team. They just don't want to admit how good they are being from a smaller market. Nuggets could win it all this year. It is great when things don't meet what story they are trying to force on us. Nuggets are elite!! They would know that if they ever watched the nuggets. ANNOUNCERS HAVE THEIR HEADS INTHEIR ASSES. JOKIC COULD BE A 3 TIME MVP!!!
Jamal AG mpj are all improved players. They could probably make 6-8 seed as a core but with Jokic this championship caliber team..he that good and nuggets staff is that good at player development..AG plays like the number 4 pick he was,mpj looks like the unstoppable scorer he was in HS, and Jamal plays his best on National tv games and playoff games ..
Deandre Jordan has been a steady backup for Jokic, but the Nuggets need Jokic to advance in playoffs.
These commentators are extremely ignorant about the Nuggets.
Nikola Jokic "wrist injury " Meanwhile Nikola is probably celebrating Serbian New Year like a boss
Yeah, Jokic knew he could sit this one out.
Nuggets where very busy during Orr reason they got rid of so many players man this new GM (Calvin booth) and Malone + rest of coaching / talent scouts know what’s up
The coach of the Nuggets team has a hard time when he overhears a conversation during the game of the opposing team – don't take care of MPJ, he doesn't know anything. The opposing team did not guard MPJ in the last 10 games. In the last 10 games, the Nuggets player, the so-called elite shooter, is shooting 20 to 35 percent of his three-pointers without defense. MPJ has been with the Nuggets for 4 years and the Nuggets knew what kind of player they could sign a maximum contract with. His trade value is 14.7 and it is almost impossible to get anything for him. MPJ can only be swapped with Bones in a set where Bones is the main target.
