Jaden McDaniels has quietly cemented himself as one of the best defenders in basketball this season. He’s an elite on-ball defender who takes on the opposing team’s best scorer nightly and is a menace as a weak-side rim protector.

Not sure he’s got the hype to get first team all defense, but he absolutely deserves it. He’s arguably been the best wing defender in the NBA this season.

    All defensive teams are still way too “narrative/hype” oriented for him to be on it unfortunately
