The Orlando Magic came home from their road trip at 2-3 a bit disappointd. Consistency will be the big theme for the team the rest of the season as they try to build up more wins. For Cole Anthony, consistency will be the biggest thing for his development.

Cole is struggling because minutes and role are inconsistent … this season alone he has gone from starting, to sixth man, to split point guard minutes with Suggs. Regardless of that Cole's plus/minus has been higher than Fultz on the season. They doing the same thing to Bol Bol. Its not the players. Its the inconsistency. We can't develop 13 guys that all probably deserve to be starting and expect consistency.
