I got hig hopes for Portland! I have always considered them a contender coming out of the west. They lost CJ and put younger and really good role players around Dame. Anfernee Simons, Sharpe are two young talents that I really enjoy watching them grow. They have a squad and Dame is going to go off this year in the playoffs and when he is dialed in or goes into playoff mode, Portland always has a chance !
