The reason Im sceptical about getting Bojan Bogdanovic is that he is turning 34 soon. How long is he gonna be a star? Unless he is another Lebron I would say 2-3 more years. Feels risky to trade players like Green and Hardy that may develop into great players within a year from now and regardless they have their best years ahead of them.
Guys… Westbrooks contract will expire.
Do you think the Mavs should offer him a contract next offseason? What would be a reasonable offer?
I mean he has been really great coming off the bench and would help the Mavs and Luka as he would be a second ball handler.

All in doesn’t exist with this crop of talent, even Siakam. Just dump salary and go hunting for the best talent. Draymond? It doesn’t matter because we will be perfectly setup to land someone good. As good as anyone we can realistically trade for. Wood has to go if we don’t sign him. Dump Hardaway, Bertans and McGee so we can be cap friendly for 1 or even 2 of those guys. Powell’s expiring puts us around $100/M. Sadly we might have to dump more to get there. Just Draymond makes us a title contender. Don’t do anything stupid.

Only all in trade I do is Turner and Hield and if that involves Wood because won’t extend do it. Pacers aren’t getting a 1st for Turner alone. Mavs need DEFENSE so if they do that move go get Thybulle from 76ers for McGee and a 2nd if needed. Mavs coaching staff is great at developing players especially jump shots remember how bad Green and DoeDoe’s shots were when they were brought up. If they make those moves Mavs defense becomes one of the best in the NBA over night and all those guys already play in a similar system with switching on defense. Having Thybulle and Green and Luka for the future is also incredible all very young.
If the trade doesn’t replace Dorian and THJ in the starting rotation then it’s pointless! People really need to stop defending DFS the bum is letting guys like Kuzma hang 30 on him.
I cant see the point of getting bogdonavic with his age. But making multiple moves is needed. I think Dlo and Noel or adding Bamba or Buddy in a combo trade would be impactful this season and looking ahead. Maybe we can get a combo with NYK and get Obi cam or Quickley. We need front court and ball handler help.

2) trade bullock + McGee for reddish + hartenstein + 2nd
3) hardaway + Powell + 2nd for DLo
4) save your firsts for big move this off-season. You have assets and cap space for a 2nd star

Thank God Issac isn't an owner. You really think Fred who's injury prone/ defensive liability and boggy who can't play defense on a chair sends us to the finals. I like both these players but they make us a more consistent 5th or 6th seed/ second round exit at best. But Nick said a few needle pusher names tho
