On a night where he went 5-17 from the field, Beal still recorded a +/- of +14.

Beal is important to this team and makes this team better. Its time to accept it. His return from injury has been massive.

  2. Substantial-Lab-5647

Good team win. Excellent game from gafford and deni, but we really need to be better about moving the ball in late-game situations when the opponent is on a run.

  3. pen-h3ad

The crazy part about this game… No more Rui, no KP.. Brad and Kuz were not very effective. And yet somehow we still lead the entire game by 10 points on the road against a team we historically struggle with. Even WUJ had a clutch timeout at the end. I like this version of the Wizards, let’s make it 6 in a row against the Spurs!

  4. Boring_Ad_2972

Gafford not scoring in the 4th quarter 4 points off his career high is criminal.

  5. flynnscorruptedmind

    Least dominant Daniel gafford performance

  6. that was a very strange game but I’ll take it

  7. Polani_almoni

BB is such a simple game. When you move the ball and play like a team, you win.
Whenever Beal is trying to show he is worth a max contract, we look like shit.

  8. The_BadJuju

I was hating on Beal for most of this game but I gotta admit, he was heat in the clutch

  9. TeamINSTINCT37

Love seeing Brad and Garret Temple chopping it up

  10. Gafford MVP this game, and Deni played great

  11. WatchMooreMovies

Brad haters will point to the stupid turnovers and awful bricks.

Brad believers will point to the incredible clutch shot and game-winning 8 points in a row.

But really, all we can do is enjoy the win and wonder wtf we just witnissed.

  12. InGenNateKenny

Fourth was rough, but we pulled away in last four minutes. Glad we’re winning some. Maybe a play-in is possible.

  13. pen-h3ad

If we had gone .500 during that 10 game losing streak we’d be the 6 seed rn. I think this team is a lot better than 23-26, let’s keep this train rolling and stay healthy

  14. Great W, also can Gaff give the DPOG belt to himself, bro was everywhere

  15. apkm1234

When Deni isn’t horrible on offence the team chances of winning increase dramatically

  16. MegaSupremeTaco

Nice little 5 game win streak. Hopefully we can beat San Antonio in San Antonio for the first time since 1999.

  17. Low_Brass_Rumble

I’m amazed by how much more impactful Deni has been recently, both on offense and at the rim. He was 1 rebound away from his 3rd double-double in a row. I don’t know if it’s because he’s getting more focus or what, but for some reason he’s flipped into a new gear since the trade.

  18. NatiHanson

Liking what I’m seeing from Deni. I just want more consistent aggression

  19. Solid-Confidence-966

That game illustrated the importance of Kyle Kuzma. Rough shooting game, but still 9 rebounds and 5 assists whilst playing solid defense on Ingram

  20. luciandroid

Almost the entire team scored in double figures. Wild stuff.

  21. – Opening a road trip 3-0 is huge
    – WUJ gets some flowers for this 5 game win streak
    – Gafford at $13M/yr the next three years is a steal
    – What were the Hawks thinking letting Delon leave
    – Deni has risen to the challenge in Rui’s absence

  22. eternal_student78

That Valanciunas ejection had a huge impact. Not that we couldn’t have still won somehow, but Gafford and our rebounding were so big tonight.

  23. noahgordon10

Gaff really turning it around lately. He’s an asset

  24. The Rui trade has unlocked Deni. Mans playing free out there
