   Both IQ and RJ are ridiculously slow starters the last 2 years i feel like. IQ shot under 40% overall and 30% from 3 in the first two months. Now he can’t seem to miss (50/36/86 in Jan). Should have played him over Grimes.

   As IQs biggest critic he is balling lately. I think what’s impressed me the most is his decision making on the offensive end in terms of when to shoot his shot selection and shot quality have been really good

   I like how he’s always looking to score and pull the trigger. Sometimes to his detriment. He takes the occasional bad shot and rushes. But his aggressive approach to offense is something the Knicks need.
