Honestly I’d pay a 1st for Trent and ship off bev+JTA or whatever else off the end of the bench to make the salary match. I’d want to keep Max though hes still raw but showing good instincts and I love the way he rebounds the ball.

Gary Trent is a NOT a good defender. Easily exploitable in a playoff series. He was one of Raptors’ worst performers last year aginst 76ers. Combined with the fact that he’s an upcoming FA, a protected first should be his max value.
