I wouldn’t get your hopes up. The Heat and Clippers are interested too. I don’t see why Westbrook would choose the Bulls. We’re a sinking ship and are a big risk to him securing a contract next year if things go badly here. Billy really overestimates his own reputation in the league.

right now i would choose the heat over us because miami has nicer weather. other than that? they aint that much better. and the clippers over the bulls because i dont wanna move out of LA. other than that? he’ll get more time to play in chicago and probably more chances for a redeeming arc. and lets be honest none of these teams are contenders.
