Size, rebounding, stretching the defense, passing, bbiq. Not good defensively but worth the gamble. He’s the only buyout name that is of any real impact to the team.
I love the idea of Love but one question is he a terrible defender and a stretch big that can no longer stretch the floor? Just asking…

i knew the Cavs GM was lying. now the issue is kevin love has to pick us over other teams that are better than us. but cmon Loveeee, that curry – [k.love](https://k.love) pick and pop has been 5-6 years overdue.
He could be similar to Beli last season. If there’s no other legit big available on the market, I would take him. Maybe Lakers will also be interested.
I realize this is probably not the place for it, but I’m surprised it took this long as well. Dude wanted to be bought out or traded for the 2020 season and he seemed like a good fit for the Rockets then. He would have filled most of the gaps that Harden and Westbrook team had. He is a good passer, good perimeter shooter, solid on defense and already had chemistry with Westbrook.
While he is not at his peak any longer, he would still be a good pick up for the Warriors. Still a decent defender, a good passer with a good 3Pt shot.

we need somebody who can secure rebounds and basically every other backup PF/C who can get a couple assists is gone besides Saric. he doesn’t even need to hit 3s.
I need him on the team so that Anthony lamb’s minutes cease to exist
Having somebody who can grab rebounds and pass well is really needed on this team. Plus we wouldn’t have to deal with Lamb anymore.

Honestly, getting Love would make Lamb expendable. Lamb is here to hit 3s and be a big(-ish) body. Love has been shooting poorly, but has proven over his career he can hit the 3 at a high clip, and he’s a much, much bigger body. Get Love, sign Jerome to the active squad. Or get Love, also sign a more defensive player, and send both two-ways to SC.

It’s unfortunate because I don’t think we have a good enough record to attract the best buyouts. Hopefully if the FO think there’s value in Love, Klay can use his best friend card to get him here.
