Surprised they didn’t skew the stats and add LeBron to make him look better

League probably doesn’t want a small market getting MVP again.

  3. I fucking hate Tatum’s face somehow.

    And fuck ESPN as usual

I saw this on mute and assumed there must have been something specific they were talking about to not include Giannis.

Man who cares. This graphic is about players a tier below Giannis.

People don’t realize Jokic is putting up Nash numbers after point inflation. 114 PPG league average compared to 100 makes a huge difference.

There’s cognitive dissonance where people see players scoring above 32 PPG and think “inflation”, but let Jokic 25 PPG stand on its own .

Because we are used to seeing 25-29 PPG as the maximum number someone would score without playing selfishly and padding their stats.

I did some basic math. 100 PPG was the league average 10 years ago. 100 divided by 114 is .877.

So you multiply Giannis scoring average by that number and you get 28.5. Do the same with Jokic and you get just under 22. Like I said, Steve Nash numbers.

Ill take the 8 extra points and elite defense.
