The vibes are immaculate and the best

  2. Better hop on Bus 1 then Malc, that’s where the immaculate vibes emanate from

  3. I mean

Milwaukee with J-Kidd who by all accounts was an absolute piece of shit while he was there.

    and

A middling Pacers team with no direction

Our well run team must feel like the greatest locker room of all time to him lol

Danny laid down the foundation by nailing the picks on our core four (plus some contributors on the side like PP and Grant), but Brad has done some marvelous work reestablishing the team culture. Recognizing that he wasn’t the guy for the moment anymore couldn’t have been easy, but then he has somehow ended up as a better GM than he was a coach. The Udoka hire got everyone to buy back in, the Horford move brought back a beloved vet who had chemistry with the Jays and Al, hell even reacquiring Theis was a good locker room move since the guys knew and liked him.

Even now that he’s out of his “getting the band back together” phase, White, Brogdon, Blake, and Muscala have all been incredible pickups both on the court and in the locker room. Brad’s been incredible.

  5. Man remember when Blake was warned not to come to Boston because of how toxic it was? Or the Kyrie/Rozier days where all the young players were competing with each other instead of gelling and Kyrie was doing Kyrie things? Come a long way.

Malcom and Larry Bird are the only two Celtics in the 50-40-90 club.

Kyrie is not a Celtic in my book.

This is my favorite Celtics team since the 80s. Just a great bunch of guys with tons of talent that play to their potential.

Wow, that is amazing to hear, for obvious reasons. To be honest, I wasn’t sure how he was feeling for the first part of the season by watching his body language. He just didn’t seem to be happy from watching his reactions on the court and on the bench. Obviously they were winning at a torrid pace so that perplexed me, but this is really refreshing to read. This season’s team seems to be so talented and I love reading that he actually said this. He is such a key piece to this team and has provided a dynamic we were clearly missing in the playoffs last season.

  9. Losses suck, but the way this team has kept fighting and stayed positive has been so wholesome. On and off the court the players celebrate the effort put in by everyone else

Definitely my favorite Celtics team at least since 2017

  11. Enormous credit to Tatum and Brown for being good people first and foremost. As they matured they grew in their willingness to share the ball and trust their teammates, while always playing hard on defense.
Smart also deserves accolades for identifying trust in teammates as the key element. Smart was the big brother in many ways, and it’s difficult sometimes to step back and let the younger ones emerge unfettered. But he was insightful and let it happen.

It’s still mind-blowing to me that we have fucking Malcolm Brogdon off the bench. This man should be the 6MOTY by far

Must be nice to not have to tiptoe around Giannis while his brother gives him 24/7 pep talks.
