Idk. We seem to be on the cusp of a few deliberate tweaks to escape such lame-hood. Like using certain players correctly, actually running specific play sets (akin to rote memorization) instead of expecting them to naturally get a feel for ALL scenarios at once, and experienced vets that could ooze all over the youth with enlightenment. That requires perhaps a fresh HC. Front office needs to continue and make a splash on signings. Can’t convince pieces to fit in and join the cause if you don’t have that leader you believe in (with appropriate authority and competency). It’s very hard for senior players to look up to the super young potential star if they haven’t built up their credit yet.
