This young core is solid, now we need a buddy heal 3 n d player and let everything slowly cook by it's self
Getting rid of Plumlee was huge. The potential this young core has is insane. Wembanyama would be a great addition to this team but honestly, getting miles back into this lineup will be huge. That drafting right with that potential top 4 pick, and making the right off-season moves is what could send this team into the playoffs next year if everyone stays healthy. This year was needed for the young guys honestly. Basically a year of real game practice.
Kinda crazy because Mason Plumlee was playing pretty damn good, but these last 2 games without him has given LaMelo a chance to ball out and it’s actually lead to wins…👏 ( I know we don’t really want to win but it’s a good foreshadowing for next season)
LaMelo took cliffs “joke” about rebounds seriously 😂
Lamelo is like Lebron as a play maker the more you had terry Gordon and plumlee having the ball and only playing their game that’s why he wasn’t doing this before the trade
Don’t forget mark Williams can shoot still but his role is great with staying in the danger
I like the energy and how the team looks after the trade
It helps to play a team that is all in on tanking.

A healthy Lamelo will go down as one of the best ever. When he was drafted, i posted a message in one of those vblogs saying Charlotte Hornets just drafted a legend. I still believe what i said. I watched this kid since Chino Hills playing as an underaged freshman.
