[Wojnarowski] ESPN Sources: Kevin Love and the Cleveland Cavaliers have completed a contract buyout. The Miami Heat are a frontrunner to sign Love, but he plans to talk to the Philadelphia 76ers before making a decision.

just cut trez. i dont care if we get k.love or not

Don’t think he can play the 5 in the Sixers drop-heavy scheme. He’d be taking minutes from Niang presumably. Defensive concerns probably limit him to pure backup, you don’t want him out there vs closing lineups…he’ll have a bullseye on his back.

I would play him if he can still rebound at a high rate. Feels bad for the Minivan, but Love even now is a better option at the same role but again with boards.

Plans to talk and never leave….. welcome to the hotel Philadelphia

  5. Would take him in Trez’s but some genius gave him a player option for next year so he’s stuck on our roster.

moreys figuring out how to clone dedmon instead

doubt this had any real chance but i would like to see a Harden/Maxey/McDaniels/Love/Bball lineup. it’s weird, but it could be good

Harden would get Love a million wide open corner threes

  9. tokeallday

Would absolutely rather have him than fuckin Dedmon

I’d love to get K Love. Would be a good pickup. Hopefully he can do 2017 Ersan things

I’d really like the pickup not as a backup C but possibly taking Niang’s minutes (and some of PJ’s in the reg season since we need him healthy for the Playoffs). A Harden/Maxey/McDaniels/Love/Reed lineup would be pretty balanced and great at rebounding.

I’d love to see him in Philly don’t get me wrong, but I just don’t think we can offer him a whole lot and he’s seemed Miami bound all along.

there’s no way he gives up a chance at starting on miami tbh

We all know how this ends. Fuck Miami

We already built a statue for him, it’d be rude for him not to sign with us

  17. DrRasiertenHodensack

We have a park named after him with a big ass sculpture of his name. Miami can’t match that.
