Turnover rate is still a little high for the Dubs this season. I think having Poole as the main ball handler while Curry is out isn’t ideal. I don’t doubt Poole’s turnover rate will improve, the game just needs to slow down a little bit more for him so he can have better court vision. Nonetheless, this is a tight squad, and cutting Wiseman was the right choice
We all wasn’t considering how young this team would be when they last signed jamychal green. This is a fairly young team this year outside the big 3
The dubs need to work on better shot selection. They’re one of the best teams in terms of moving the ball around, but in so many games you’ll see them settle for a 3 early in the shot clock late in the game, or a contested jumper instead of going for an easier basket. Games like the one against Washington show how good this team is when they take better quality shots, it just gets frustrating when you see so many of their players force shots they don’t need to take. If they get out of their own way, they’ll be in prime playoff position with the west so tightly contested
This Warriors team honestly has to improve defensively cause they’re not winning many games and when they do, they have to score like at least 120 points cause they can’t stop the other team from scoring which is something you’d associate with a team that’s below 500 or a very MID team and the Warriors are very MID at the moment even when Steph is healthy they look very MID
It’s frustrating when there is a little over 2 minutes left in the game, the dubs are 12 points ahead and suddenly a bunch of turnovers occur from rushing and forcing risky plays.
It’s unnecessary and a reason for a lot of the losses this year.

Your comment about JP's body language was important. I have noticed this myself. They had just come back from a 15 point deficit at halftime and the man looked completely defeated. The issue was HE wasn't having a good night. Well buddy, its a team game. You just came back from a huge deficit, why are you slouching and pouting? Man up, stop getting technicals, protect the ball, and support your teammates. The way he deals with the media is also very unprofessional and childish. I like JP but his age is certainly showing.

I hate when Warriors lose games because they can’t close games. That definitely needs to change because they could have won 4 or 5 more games if the close games better and don’t blew out their leads in clutch time. The Warriors could easily be 33-24 right now and 3rd in the West.

They let people drive on them way too easily. They depend on help defense too much and they get bent out of shape and end up giving up easy open shots. Hopefully they can get someone who specializes in point of attack defense to stop that. Wait…..

Your title makes sense because the warriors are constantly fooling everyone. We constant flashes and the crazy explosive scoring nights from our stars make us look like we are primed for a run. The thing is it doesn’t cover up the constant struggles on defense..

If EVERYONE could stay healthy, if Klay and JP can stay consistent, if JK and Donte get it done off the bench, then they still have a chance.
I'm not feeling bullish anymore though. They have played waaaaay too many games to the level of their opponents and are just too mediocre, too often.
They have the pieces, but with teams like Denver and Boston out there I'm tired of the well-ifs. They are going to have to get healthy and gel real soon.

I’d put Moody in Santa Cruz for a couple weeks. His shot is the key to opening the rest of his game, and he needs to find his rhythm down there.
