I’m glad you made this video. There’s been a lot of talk in the media and just NBA YouTube about how bad of a trade this was for Brooklyn. I know Legend of Winning gave the nets like a F for it or something like that for the trade, which is asinine.
Mikal only looked like a complementary piece cuz of his opportunity given to him. Cam Thomas looked like a off the bench microwave player because he was stuck being Kyrie. WHEN GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY, TALENTED YOUNG PLAYERS CAN AND WILL FLOURISH.
This team reminds me of the Dlo Nets, just a lot more talented and defensively gifted

the nets ceiling this season is the second round, but with a few more pieces and some time, I could see them becoming a bonifide contender. I would actually love to see them upset the 76ers in a series. It's not likely, but I won't call it impossible either.

I predict the Nets will be a first-round knockout this season, but that doesn’t mean they won’t put up a good fight. They need playoff experience together before I feel like they can make it very far, but I really like this young Nets squad a lot. I can’t agree more about Mikal Bridges as he’s one of those unique players that can easily guard 1-3 and sometimes guard the 4 depending on who it is. And his offense has improved greatly the last few seasons despite being mainly an elite defender. This was a pretty deep breakdown vid, great stuff Dflow
If the NETS have a Dirk type of guy around these players they can probably remake that Mavs run before(though not sure to be champs but atleast the solid run they did). People forgot how good was that team with just 1 superstar and a bunch or role players playing their hearts out.

The Nets are such a deep team but to really make a deep playoff run you need a star player. I see the Nets as a first round exit who will give a great team problems and take their matchup to 6 or 7 games. They've got some talent on this team who are creating great chemistry and playing some of the funnest basketball in the league.
Mikal will win a ring before KD or Kyrie, post trade.
I'd rather have this nets team than root for kyrie and KD clown show.
I predict the Nets to be a 7th seed and a playin team. They can make the playoffs because they have capable players and they play team ball. They will be a first round exit tho because the playoffs is a star driven environment and they really lack in fire power to compete.

The nets are a 5-3 seed that has a 50 percent chance of making it into the second round and about a 20 percent chance of making it to the eastern conference finals.

i said from the instant the last nets trade was done that this was the best thing they did after trading there whole future for harden.. i still think they were better off before the harden trade but now they at least can build on something for the future instead of building more and more around a failed experiment!
Ceiling is 50 wins, #4 seed, and making into, but losing the conference championship. More likely is 47 wins, #5 seed, and losing a 7-game 2nd round series.
Honestly I think this was the best thing that happened to the nets this year! The got a deep team and got ride of a 35 yr old for some young dogs !!
