I bought a Karl Malone rookie card from that same set as a teenager in the 90’s. Got home and promptly put a huge crease down the middle of the card because I tried to get it out of the card protector by smacking my palm with the other hand. The card protector was plastic. It wouldn’t have budged anyway and I ruined a great card. I’ve done much worse in my collecting days, unfortunately.

I’d be absolutely shocked if that was real. If it is you need to get it out of that case and to Psa or sgc immediately
Wow! I sold mine along with my entire collection back in 1997. It paid for my wedding but man that card brings back great memories.
Listen to the others and GET IT GRADED. Send it in to PSA.
Get it out of the screw case asap. Find a nice top loader and sent it in to get graded
That’s potentially tens of thousands of dollars
My stepdad has that card in his collection somewhere. Mom is always on his ass to sell it
Send it to psa or Beckett. From first glance you’re looking at a psa 7- 8.5
Thousands of dollars.
Wow that’s amazing. There’s real beauty in that card!
That’s amazing!
Sorry, but it looks like that might be one of the common fakes out there. One of the biggest giveaways is the bleeding of the ink under the logo’s eyes on the back: https://www.cardboardconnection.com/how-to-spot-fake-michael-jordan-rookie-card/amp
