Tatum hit the ball at 1.5, not 1.3. If only Embiid had another .2 left on the clock before his over half court heave.

Oof. If only score keeping was perfect all the time. Onto the next one. What a historic performance by Embiid.
Well maybe if our idiot coach didn’t consistently leave us at the end of games without a timeout they could have put some time back on the clock
That’s not the official clock
Lost detail but shit like this is why so many games get lost to bad time keeping. We are far from the first victims of bad clock management. How hard is it to keep better track of this stuff?
If they had stopped the game to check if the clock was right the odds of Embiid still hitting that shot are astronomical
I noticed this as well and commented it immediately in the PGT although it got a few negative votes

Obviously you can’t blame the loss on this, but similar to Bradberry’s play in the Super Bowl (although this game has much much less stakes) I can’t help but feel like we were robbed of a fun over time
Wouldn’t be surprised if this is just a result of the difference between the broadcast clock and the actual game clock.
He still looked to have the ball in his hand more that .2 seconds after the buzzer
Silver still punishing us for Hinkie
There’s always gonna be human error with things like this. It’s impossible to always get it right
Coulda woulda shoulda
