Luka told reporters after Wednesday’s loss to the Pelicans that he tweaked the injury in the Mavs’ second game after the NBA All-Star break and has been playing through pain ever since. With a crowded Western Conference race, how many games will Doncic miss?
– Mavericks playoff chances. Dallas is currently 8th in the West after losing to New Orleans on Wednesday night and the gap between the 5th and 12th seed is less than 4 games. Will the Mavericks make the NBA Playoffs?

It doesn't feel the same as last year. Losing close games instead of winning, no defense and Luka was definitely not able to push off and his shots were off. If he's rested and can maintain his health, it could be a good run.
The 7 game series and the harder defense no fouls format makes for a rough time and the Mavs need to give as much as they receive or they will get beaten.
Last year the Dubs knocked everyone down and out. Luka, Brunson, Dinwiddie, and everyone else. It doesn't matter, Kyrie and LD plus the team need to go for it and try to intimidate and if necessary foul out.
Game 7 of the Suns series last year can happen to any NBA team the Mavs face, but they have to see it and perform it in their minds and hearts and it can manifest.
At this point we don,t know if it’s his body or mind that’s that’s bothering him

Luka needs to Play PF. Hit Trail 3's and Post Ups like Dirk. The Ball will Always Find him. Mavs NEED to Run and Gun. They Suck otherwise with Luka trying to do every thing himself with NO Ball movement. Makes No Sense
