I’m not a huge fan of Karl, although I do like how defensive of Joker he is, but I’m going to take anything JR says with a big grain of salt.

This vid was very enlightening simply because I finally get to see JR Smith as a thoughtful human being. He did everything possible to be a complete fool while in Denver. And yes, George Karl is basically a hater and a terribly overrated coach. Both can be true! But hats off to JJ Redick for highlighting a guy who has taken time to collect his thoughts and express himself as he actually is. Back in the day, they used to say JR was actually a pretty smart guy, but there was no evidence. This is the evidence. I will stop talking shit about JR Smith starting yesterday.
