I’d absolutely take him back. You need energy guys like that on your bench.
I’m very interested to see what his contract might look like.
He’s been immensely valuable to the Wolves to close the season, probably being their 6th or 7th best player in the post-season (LAL, OKC, DEN). Those players tend to get paid pretty well.
But he’s also been effectively out of the rotation for two lottery teams in the past few years. Those players typically don’t get paid well.
I’m wondering if he would maybe get the 2023 equivalent of the Vando deal — maybe like 3 for 16 with a team option/non-guarantee on year 3?
If this dude finds a way to consistently score he’s gonna be a problem. Love his intensity on defense and his overall attitude. Started for us in a huge game and balled out. I’ll never forget that

Re-sign him, please. He’ll be a good replacement for nowell. Have him continue to work on his offense and 3pt shooting and he’ll actually be a help on this team..
