It’s pretty obvious the NBA lacks scrupulous, for instance, it seems like the Scott Foster situation was a multi-ref ring but they worked hard to make it seem like a lone conspirator, but refs cannot make one team miss every shot.
They can rig with minor things – I.e, I’m not saying that Celtics-Lakers game earlier this year was rigged, but they would rig it with things like the no call against Lebron by Tatum. They cannot cause a team to suck, but they can cause a close game to sway in one direction.
