Game 1 was a track meet with each team shooting 66% true shooting. Game 2 will be a slug fest. Jokic will adjust to the Hachimura post up with Ad roaming. Denver will adjust to Lebron playing bully ball in Murray PnRs. A win is a win, and I really believe whatever your series prediction was, that should not have changed after last night. Let the chess match begin.

The fact is, Lakers LOST game 1.
AD and LBJ scored almost 70 points together, and they still lost.

The only difference here is that Booker and KD were able to score together 70+ points, while AD and LBJ can't do it.

Lakers figured it out by the 4th. Nuggets hit some crazy circus shots and were basically unconscious. Lakers were still able to hang around. Bron could have found a better shot instead of jacking up a 3. If it comes down to LeBron hero ball with a chance to win at the very end I can't complain too much. Nuggets should have won by 30 but the Lakers clawed their way back. Not worried!

Wow. Just wow. Basketball needed a game like this one. Going to be a great series. But we all know who the real mvp is and is not.
Nuggets destroy Lakers because they had a great level of respect for the Lakers that went away a bit after the 20+ lead in the first half.
When the Nuggets respect the game and their opponents, they usually destroy them. I predict Game 2 will be closer…. until the 4th quarter when the Nuggets lock in and get a double digit win.
