Whoa, it just hit me: the guy who built this championship caliber Nuggets team is now doing the same thing for the Timberwolves and all those guys who were really struggling or on the bench for the Lakers (not a championship caliber team) are guys he traded away.

Phil Jackson was doing the same thing for the Knicks as he did for the Bulls and Lakers. Except we saw how that ended up. Past performance is no guarantee of future results, as they say in the financial sector. This isn’t to say that Tim’s time here is going to end in abject disaster but KAT isn’t Jokic. Thank god for Ant though, he’s the X factor. Shame his first move was to build in a different direction of Ant’s strengths, but he seems to have recognized Ant is the future going forward as of now.
