  1. We can speculate all day. But the bottom line is, what does the front office really think? What is their grand plan? Or as many of us feel….is the Front office just ‘winging it?’

  2. The question was “do you want Julius Randle on the team at the beginning of next season”, and you actually had to pause and elongate your answer. The answer is a quick no, we won’t move any further as a team with him as your supposed best player. These players play different positions, but if the choice was to have Randle or J. Butler as your lead player, who would you value more? Who do you choose to take an make the hard shot? To make the defensive play to help secure a win. Yes you’d choose Butler. I say we should try and secure a player like OG Anunoby who has the defensive chops, and offensive upside similar Butlers.

  3. Randle has a damaged reputation by having terrible showings in 2 playoff years now. It's more than a "disappointment", its a trend. He is not worth the value of an ALL-NBA team. He is maybe worth what a borderline-all star would be worth. However, he could still be valuable as a package trade for a superstar. He is relatively young, on an OK contract and he will work as an all-star compensation and for salary matching if Knicks add another young player and various draft picks. Few teams, now, want just draft picks for their superstars – look at KD trade. Look at Bradley Beal trade. There is more to give and Randle might be just perfect as that.

  4. Knicks only need a 2 guard and a SF .. crazy talk when you say trade Randle.. for who ? For what ? Stop it .. 25 and 10.. he’s just not the cornerstone but for the price he does a helluva job… Barrett and Quickley ,Robinson are the ones should be on the block …those the positions we need improvement .. No offense from center position

  5. NY's priority should be 1 0r 2 things:
    1. Acquire a legitimate 6'8" Sf. NY hasn't had a legitimate Sf since Melo. Oh yeah, a half a season with Morris
    2. A Scoring Center

I believe NY can not run it back. Between Randle & RJ, one needs to be traded. I choose Randle
    Trade Randle for KAT
Trade Randle & Picks for Zion
Trade Randle, Mitch, Grimes & Picks for Embiid

For Pete's sake and the Lovd of God
    Do Not Run It Back

  6. Criminal what Thibs did to Obi's career so far. Just a waste of valuable time for a player so talented who came into the league a little older. He should have been traded a while ago! Smh

  7. OMG!Why are we still talking about trading Randle? What the f#&k do you think your gonna get for him. He's been all NBA for 2 years. What th
e f&@k do you expect him to do?

  8. Move off of Randle….its time to see what can Obi do if put in position to be successful or we will repeat the same move over again…out by the 2nd round, your only going but so far with Julius. All NBA this and 20 & 10 that….. are nice stats and accomplishment as an individual he is a volume shooter who plays nearly the entire game your going to put up numbers….. but what counts is the playoffs and he has two duds on his resume…..he cant handle pressure and. unravels easily. Its time to give Obi a chance and see what we have in this Kid, you can always trade him but at least know what his true potential is before trading him.

  9. I don't want Julius traded. This is our All-Star. He's led this team in nearly every statistical category including the season before last when there was some officiating and non-fan fan drama. He's the guy who could have gotten more when he renegotiated his contract but who intentionally and unselfishly took less to leave the team and this franchise with money to continue building, expressing in no uncertain terms that he wanted to be a part of this team's future success. Now he has JB and together they are a force. It is unfathomable to me that some Knicks fans do not have the loyalty to him that he has shown to this organization. It's not business. It's shameful. And, frankly, it would be a huge mistake.
