If Vooch resigns somewhere for more money ✌🏾his pick & roll defense is terrible and he can’t guard the stretch centers in todays league. Will be better with more faster athletic rim running big they are not hard to find in the NBA

Point guard position i agree is important , bringing back coby and the same team as last year is not acceptable . Coby should have been implanted LONG ago . Will Donovan even start Coby ? He has shown us NO. Bulls NEED a starting level pointguard to compete with Coby or Coby be used in a sign trade to upgrade the position like I think the Lakers might want to do with Dlo.

Y'all barely mentioned Coby and focused on Ayo a lot. Imo no one comes knocking too loud for Ayo this season. Not above that QO. I'd be very surprised. Ayo has shown he's not ready for the bright lights. The Bulls HANDED all to him when 'Zo went down and he faltered. Not just last season but post all star break the season before. Other teams see what he is when given a bigger opportunity. I'm sure they can wait on that. Might someone match the offer? You never know. But why would Ayo take it? He's hometown, has certainty with our Bulls, and we continue to bet on him. I see him coming back.
Coby is a different story. I think if an offer comes that even matches the QO but he sees a bigger opportunity to prove himself further he's one foot out the door. He said it in his exit interview. He wants to start, working hard on his game, looking for a bigger role. If he thinks he's getting overlooked, passed over, and buried on the bench by the Bulls why would he stay? We've given him around 6.25m a year the past four. Now we offer around 7m a year? I think he may be feeling a tad undervalued and underplayed by the Bulls. Might he take the QO? Imo yes. But it will take very little more to wrestle him from Chicago if thats all we're offering. Coby is betting on himself but seems the Bulls after four seasons aren't ready to bet on Coby. I think there are two ways we possibly keep him. Possibly. No one matches the offer or we AGREE to make him our rock solid, no questions asked back up PG in no uncertain terms. No Ayo, No Terry, no AC, no Jones, no more "try outs." I don't think a 7m dollar contract alone will be enough. The only sure fire way to keep Coby is pay him to be our starting PG.
Think ayo should go to the spurs he fits the system popavic runs. Hes no longer held back by a team trying to make the playoffs. But bulls should get tre Jones. Win win. We need that true pg. When ayo blows up like markkanen we still have coby and tre jones realistically theres not many mins around for whoever pg we pick up, coby, Caruso, bitim. Lavine. And I can scratch my knees while standing
It's the right move and I like it. This is a very important season for the Bulls and the young3 (patrick Coby and Ayo) and this season will dictate which of these 3 if any finds a spot going forward. Coby had a nice year. Patrick had a nice year. Ayo did not have a good season. You mentioned GSW, they have no bench. Every time Steph sat, it cost them. We have a decent bench. People love to bandwagon so they jumped on Ayo. He tanked last year. It was bad. Be honest. Patrick AND Coby deserve to stay. Ayo is poison pill FOR SURE, and needs to show us what we liked from him his rookie season. If Ayo, stinks, he gotta go. I don't even care what we get for him cuz we got other people that deserve minutes, namely Dalen Terry, Sanogo, and Bitim… I'm not for overdoing Ayo if he's showing us NOTHING. Coby did great. If his scoring had been up by literally a couple of points, it would have been EASILY the best Coby we've seen. I think the scoring is coming, but so long as he doesn't make mistakes, I love Coby coming off the bench. Patrick should be able to pick up where he left off. My expectation from all 3 of the young3 is 15ppg from the bench. tbh, nobody else values Ayo the way Ayo fans do. I'm not as worried about losing Ayo as I was for losing Lauri. I didn't want Lauri to leave until things got toxic and he started talking shit about the Bulls while being paid by Chicago, and that's when I said cut him.

about d.rose. and i 100 percent dont smoke or drink. Im ok with him coming back with a major role. But i also agree that i dont ever want to see him hurt especially in a bulls uniform. And question… why do yall feel hes just some old washed bum? He didn't play a meaningful role last season. I can see if he avg 6ppg trying his best. He didn't play at all but third string minutes. Hes definitely still able to score 12ppg. Its baffling how someone thinks they know another person's body. The eye test shows when he plays hes still very good. Not the version of him were accustomed to seeing,but his floater games is elite and his speed is very good
Because with SA ,Ayo will play and get more minutes for sure.O'ya more $$$.
