I believe it. Too many clips where Steph and Klay both look completely done with Poole.

Half of the fanbase also had a problem with him at some point

I get that not only fans but some teammates had issues with JP but having articles everyday talking about this is not only redundant but sad to see imo. Does JP need to mature? Yes, but let’s stop degrading this kids character with a different article each day saying how so & so had issues with JP. Let the kid work in a lower pressure environment without the constant negative articles saying how teammates had issues with him.

> “All the established guys had some version of a problem with Jordan Poole, whether it was Klay ironically saying that Jordan doesn’t pass the ball enough and shoots too much,” Murdock said.
Bit hypocritical lol

You don’t say. What could have possibly given that impression?

I believe it. But he’s on another team now. Wish him the best and let’s move on.

Just want to point out this report is based off of nothing we didnt already know. Its from the Bill Simmons podcast where a guy just basis his quote off of Klay saying Poole needs to pass the ball more and Dray punching him

Warriors with Poole were playing well in 2021. Then Klay came back and Poole was affected negatively

Slow day for the media, huh?

They’ve just reached that point. I think it’s age. The Big 3 didn’t feel like mentoring the kid or helping him along. Just saw him as beneath them. They will respect Paul. Teammate to teammate.
Poole takes a bad shot late, Curry throws the mouthguard for a T.
Klay takes a bad shot late, no one says anything.
I don’t even think CP3 really takes any bad shots, but if he goes for one of his midrange pullups in the clutch and misses… no one will say anything. Hence the trade.
They aren’t alone in that mindset. Look at Jordan and Pippen vs. Kukoc.

The word rumor is key here. I think JP needed that fresh start as well but this new trend of coming for the vets & blaming them is kind of annoying. I’d argue Bill Simmons doesn’t really know shit and this article is just rephrasing what he said.
Mediocre_Reason_1729
Really love Klay, but you could have said the same thing about him this season
FreeSamples0011
This is so stupid to me. Poole gets punched in the face and everyone gets mad at him? Nah the vets should be better than that. Especially Steph and Klay

Poole was good
But also not good

Man I’m so happy that piece of shit Poole is gone 🙏🏾

If Dray has an issue, boys he has won 4 championships and have known for 10 + years will take issue

I said it when he came into the league. He is a different character. Wears short shorts, waxes his eybrows. There was a weird sense of non confrontational cockiness and semi-roaylty entitlement that followed him from his rookie year. He honestly thought for about half a season that he could be the next “Curry”. Nobody is gonna be the next Wardell.

Nah Poole helped us win a chip, ain’t gonna talk shit about him

I really don’t want to hear about this – it creates bad team energy when we should be turning that around.

Ha, this article reads like a low-effort satire piece. Gotta love sports “journalism”.

I thought klay was his big brother/mentor the way they always spoke with each other

So glad we don’t have to deal with his entitled attitude anymore. Typical Gen Z. “I don’t care what you accomplished, this is about what you owe me!” Purgatory in Washington where he will get 40 minutes, 26 shots per game and put up huge numbers while getting blown out every night. But it will be about him so he will be cool with it.

While this may be true this is an awful article that’s unsubstantiated and not sourced. Logan Murdock doesn’t cover the Warriors anymore and really didn’t provide any good information here.
