Yep sounds about right.
I can’t get excited about this idea. Maybe if the season is already down the drain when its on.
Just fancy branding of regular season games
***yawn***
I still don’t understand or “get” this tournament.
They tried to compare it to Football (Soccer) but those leagues aren’t just internal things within the structure of the league.
The FA cup is open to teams from the top 9 leagues in England. 732 teams took part it in last year. The League Cup is available to the top 3 leagues in England football. 92 teams take part in this.
What is this dumb mini-tournament accomplishing.
Still upset that TWO of those magic losses were back to back last year
I get the initial hate but there’s literally no downside to this. There’s such a lul between the season starting and the playoff push, this will make some games more competitive or interesting. It’s obviously a gimmick to showcase regular season games but honestly who cares? We’re all going to watch anyways
Who’s this Debbie downer?
