Wemby is an okay/mid shooter as it currently stands. He’s not other worldly. At least not yet. His offensive game is extremely raw, but has high peak in terms of potential.

Only watching highlights, like the video you posted would give you the impression that like KD, Wembys shot is fluent and moist. He just simply isnt there yet and needs time with the coaches and trainers to reach that level.
