The ONLY thing i’d do for him is KPJ, Cam Whitmore, and the nets picks, but we would clearly have to give up sengun for him which makes me sad. I hope we stay put and see how our young talent looks next year together

As a free agent, hell yeah. But, I’m not a fan of what I figure a trade package would have to be. It’ll be too many picks and too many players (more importantly).
Were it one player and a bunch of picks, I could deal with that, but you know Morey wants a couple (few) of our youngsters. No way.

I don’t buy it, Embiid wants to win now and we’re not there yet.
And I definitely don’t want to do it if Morey is the GM. Idc if you think his moves are good or bad, it feels like lately he has been trying to fleece anyone who deals with him (player or other organization).
At that point his reputation is gone and the Sixers need to move on, I doubt other gms or players entertain his offers anymore. It’s a fine line to be a good GM and you can’t be looking to screw over *everyone* you deal with.

I think that’s a pass from us. Gutting our young core for a 30+ year old second banana when we don’t have a clear number one guy seems like something Mark Cuban would do. Let’s not be the Mavericks.

I love our young core, but I am not emotionally connected yet so I would be for this. I would even give up a package that was headlined by ONE of either Sengun or Jabari for Joel. I’d prefer it be Sengun because it swaps Joel’s position and because I still think Jabari could be a superstar, but I KNOW Joel is a star and adding him makes us a contender with our veteran adds and an emerging star in Jalen.
