I’m gonna listen to the people that confirmed Darryl Maury did Harden dirty, she showed up to the airport & they told him he can’t come on the road trip, he’s been in practice, he even showed up to the home game & sat on the bench in street clothes, so which one is it?, oh cause he ain’t show up to media day to answer you guys stupid questions. It’s not like that at all, at the end of the day for these guys. It’s bigger than basketball for these guys. They all sing kumbaya and go on each others podcast every now and then. Like there isn’t any competitive fire anymore between opponents let alone teammates. The guys in the past would go at it in practice whether he was a star or not. Now it’s a given a guy doesn’t stick around more than a couple years. Soft azz player movement league

There is a flip side to Greeny’s point. What about the guys like Danny Green who took a pay cut to accommodate the 76ers tax issue and then was ultimately waived. Or the other guys who get flipped for these “super stars” and now have to uproot their lives. It’s a business and there are two sides to every story. Trust I was upset when Harden left BK because I feel that was the catalyst that caused my Nets to have to reconstruct their roster. Players of Harden’s caliber have to do what’s best for them despite how fans and analysts feels because owners are doing what is in their best interest as well.
