Clearly, the GM ruined the construction of this team and the coach doesnβt hold the motivation for this team anymore. Injuries on the team shouldnβt affect your effort. The grizzlies look like a high school team. The constant missing of defensive switches, they donβt get back in transition, rarely cut to the ball, and have poor drives and kick out.
We need to get into the basket more and not take so many three-pointers.
