[Gatlin] Asked Dillon Brooks about Ime Udoka’s frustration with the foul late on Derrick Jones Jr: “Yea that was stupid of me. That’s like some year three sh*t. Take that as ownership at a point we were down three. I take that wholeheartedly.”

Love it. They own the mistakes, but man he was so good when he was out there guarding Luka, running through so many things.

There are so many mistakes during games, you can’t blame one. We didn’t lose because of this foul.

  2. Love that coaches call it out and players own it and vice versa. It’s truly wholesome IMO. Mistakes are inherent (and not always controllable) but character is a choice (and controllable).
